Basic education curriculum reform clearly a positive develop and use resources in a variety of courses outside the school rationally, "full-time compulsory education language course standards " should be to train students'listening, expression and coping ability.in specific communication situations.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, oral communication teaching made the same important position with the reading and writing in form but the situation in the actual teaching has not been substantial improvement, the phenomenon of attention reading and writing and despise listening and speaking still exist, To a certain extent, the scarcity of teaching resources and the weak consciousness of people resources restrict the development of oral communication teaching. The rapid development of media information makes the life of people, ideas and the way of access to information substantially transformed, Information for Chinese social and cultural backgrounds create a good external environment for the development of language oral communication teaching. Based on this, this paper research the media resources of oral communication teaching to hope the teachers establish a sense of resources, and develop and utilize various forms of teaching resources actively to provide powerful support strong support for further development of oral communication teaching.Media resources of the language oral communication teaching means:information resources can be provided directly to teachers and students to use through the mass media dissemination in the oral communication teaching or after processing and undertaking assorted to use; with the support and simulative effect on the oral communication teaching, in the meantime help and promote learners to study.Research using literature analysis and case analysis. For connecting with teaching of oral communication, using the media as the special nature teaching resources to link the media resources and the teaching of oral communication and explore the specific application of media resources in the teaching oral communication. First of all, the author organize the relevant literature, in the conditioning of determining the "media", "media resources" and other concepts related, explain the main value on media resources in the teaching of oral communication from four areas:basing on the requirements of the times and the spirit of courses reform; to lay the resource base for oral communication teaching, and promote the development of student, to enhance the language literacy; remodeling teacher-student relationship, help the development of teachers'professional.The second part is the analysis on the development content of media resources in the oral communication teaching. This part takes the history of media as the breakthrough point, Will the media resources into the traditional print media, the modern electronic media and new electronic media and select representatives media in each period:textbooks, video, network resources, explore the development situation that all types of media resources in oral communication teaching combined with specific teaching cases.Finally, we must put forward some suggestions with the problems existing in the implementation of media resources.The effective implementation of media resources in the oral communication teaching must be from four aspects:emphasis on the main role of development subject, formation the resultant force of resources development; strengthen media literacy education for students; in the teaching of oral communication guidance for development premise; do all kinds of effective integration of the media resources.In short, the media resource contains a wealth of oral communication factors, language teachers need to choice and use consciously. Development of media resources, it has great significance on the development of oral communication teaching, the promotion of students' media literacy capabilities and the teachers' professional.Oral Communication is a dynamic process of development, we should keep up the pace, continue to inject "fresh running water into oral communication teaching, actively explore the new development ways of oral communication teaching resources, deepening the teaching practice of oral communication.
