| Athletic sports in China had reached an unprecedented height at Beijing Olympics Games. Through analysis, it is difficult to find that the cultivation of the talented reserves of "the whole nation system" is the main reason why athletic sports in China have made so brilliant achievements. However, in the Post-Olympic period, with the establishment of China's market economic system and social transformation, the traditional cultivation mode of the talented reserves for athletic sports have increasingly showed its single limitations, and it has been difficult to adapt to the needs of development of the Times.In the new period, the philosophy of sustainable development of athletic sports in the cultivation of the talented reserves have a new requirement—"people-oriented" Meanwhile, the diversification of talented person's demand must require diversification in talent training, and the mode of the talented reserves for athletic sports in China had transformed from a single and closed mode in the past into a diversified and open pattern at present. Thus, the construction of diversified cultivation mode of the talented reserves has become an inevitable choice of the sustainable development of athletic sports in China.Based on the related theory of sociology,science of personnel,management, this paper analyzed the training situation of the talented reserves for athletic sports in China by adopting some methods of referring to documents, interviewing experts, making mode studying, making system analysis and so on. Furthermore, this thesis had classified, organized, analyzed the existing cultivation mode of the talented reserves for athletic sports in China in terms of the training of subject, the training of organization, the training target of direction and the form of athlete participation, and made a scientific summary on five cultivation modes of the talented reserves for athletic sports in China:"the triple stages training " mode, "combination of sports and education" mode, "regional" model, "professional" mode and "opening grand education" mode. In this paper, the author explored and established a new system of cultivation mode of the talented reserves for athletic sports which adjust to the conditions of socialist market economy, based on economy and characteristics of project structure, insisting on the guiding ideology of people-oriented and sustainable development, themed by "diversification", finally concluded as follow:Our nation's cultivation mode of the talented reserves for athletic sports must adopt diversified mode in talent training. In the past, "the whole nation system" of "the triple stages training " mode played a tremendous role:In the new period, "combination of sports and education" mode has become a new way to cultivate the athletic sports talented;In the future, diversified mode of the talented reserves will present an inevitable trend in cultivation mode of the talented reserves for athletic sports in China. So we can from the following several aspects to our competitive sport backup talent cultivation mode constructing diversified.(1) Broken system barriers, three-wire simultaneously jointly cultivate athletic talents.(2) Scientific layout, timely adjust system project structure settings.(3) Establish the layers of cohesion reserve talents management system, play system optimum performance.(4) Mining grassroots potential, broaden the competitive sport backup talent cultivation path.(5) Based on regional economy and over regions reserve personnel training mode svstem. |
