After 60 years of the 20th century, along with leftist political setbacks, the revival of right-wing forces in the Western capitalist countries and the decline of the structure of Marxism, Marxist theories of Western is clearly not a good answer to many Marxist problems facing in the new social situation. In the new social situation, we need "innovation" and "development" of Marxism. Indeed, among many of the scholars who self-claim to be post-Marxist, the post-Marxist that represented by English scholars Laclau and Mouffe's has an important position. They not only affirmed and inherited the values and ideals of Marxism, but also urged to deconstruct the core areas of Marxist and try to re-activate Marxist theory in the traditional sense through the deconstruction. This article intends to study the main text of Laclau's and Mouffe's works, and analyze their ideological source of leadership theory, in addition to know how they have adopted the thought of leadership of Gramsci and how to transcend the Gramsci's cultural leadership, analyze the new socialist strategy with the core of "radical, multi- and democracy ", and efforts to elaborate the connotation and the constructional meaning about Laclau and Mouffe's post-Marxist theory. Finally, it aims to analyze the positive point and the shortage of these two scholars on post-Marxist theory.
