The aging of China is experiencing unprecedented growth rate with urbanization, the acceleration of modernization .China's emergence has some old issues of necessity, has a certain particularity, Chinese cities to solve old problems, requires a comprehensive system of policies, but also need social care service system. Currently China has more than one hundred million people over the age of 60, according to authorities predict that by 2050, this figure will more than 400 million. In other words, the average one out of every 4 people are elderly. Unprecedented population aging progression, bound to the enormous pressure of Chinese society and the profound impact. How the traditional Chinese family pension on the basis of promoting social pension, China today ha become an urgent problem to be solved.The endowment will be placed in Social Perspective of sociology, the use of relevant theory, a comprehensive domestic pension mode comb, definition, describes the social old-age in our country the necessity and urgency of the need to clear the old-age social government, market, this trend of social cooperation to explain the existence of a variety of current pension Qingdao mode and what are the problems and how to take relevant measures to solve problems, how the social pension in the government, market, community development co-operation problems.Pension problem is that every person must face the problems related to the parents on this issue, related to the child the next generation, the current pension problems exist not only to the quality of life of senior citizens in retirement, but also conducive to building a harmonious society and promoting social round development. However, we must see that the aged in the community in the implementation process to establish the existence of various issues, especially how to strengthen the government, market and social cooperation. In this study, both theoretical and empirical perspective from the start with a preliminary discussion on this issue in order to find better solutions.In this paper, the existing old-age model was analyzed, and their wider application with the benefits of resolving the pension problem, and analyzes the existing problems, and how the wider purposes of social pension, that is how to strengthen the government, market and society the cooperation of the theoretical analysis and empirical research, the current pension problems for the provision of academic guidance, this is where the purpose of this study, the main contents of this paper include:The first chapter describes the research background and research significance; reviews the status of national research in related fields; on the social pension, pension services, pension mode, defining the concept and analysis; introduced the perspective of this study, research, and research methods.The second chapter describes the major domestic and foreign pension model: family pension, social pension (home care, the aged, etc.), and indicate the need for social old-age and urgency.
