Radix et rhizoma asari, which is a commonly used herbal medicine in China, mainly produced in the northeast of China. Due to its better performance, this medical material is widely adopted in traditional Chinese medicinal preparations to dispel the wind and cold, relieve a cough, the pain of nasosinusitis and the sputum. Quality assessment of Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. was systematically studied in this thesis. For the first time, idioplasmatic resources was studied and a HPLC method was established for quantitative determination of aristolochic acid in the furit of this medical material. The content of aristolochic acid existing in different parts of the fuit was detected. Items reflecting the quality of this medical material were examed widely. A GC method was established for quantitative determination of methyleugenol, which is the main and effective essential constituent in this medical material. The content of essential oil and methyleugenol were detected in the samples gatered from 18 different produced places. The best gathered time and processing method were determined. The fingerprint spectrums of this medical material were developed by GC and GC-MS. The samples produced in different places and batches were analyzed and the similatity and fuzzy cluster were used to evaluate the results.A HPLC method was established for quantitative determination of aristolochic acid in this medical material, and the content of aristolochic acid in different parts and growing years was studied. The extractive method of aristolochic acid in this medical material was optimized. All the above studies provided scientific basis for the quality assessment of this medical material... |
