The Clinical Study About Renshen Shaoyao Decoction To Teat The Viral Myocarditis Patients Of Qi-yin Deficiency

Objective:To evaluate safety and efficacy of the renshenshaoyaodecoction in the treatment of viral myocarditis of qi-yin deficiency.Methods:60cases diagnosed as the viral myocarditis with thetype of qi-yin deficiency, both type viral myocarditis patients,randomly divided into30patients in the treatment group,30patients in the control group. The control group were givenintravenous injection and western medicine oral treatment, andpatients in the treatment group were given intravenous injection andrenshenshaoyao decoction. Comparing changes between the twogroups before and after treatment with symptoms, signs,electrocardiogram, dynamic electrocardiogram, echocardiography,myocardial enzymes and routine blood and liver and kidney functionindex.Results: The total effectiveness of treatment group was86.7%,and the control group was76.7%,with significant difference betweenthe two groups. The treatment group was better than control group inimproving symptoms and signs and the abnormal electrocardiogramand dynamic electrocardiogram(P<0.05). The treatment group cansignificantly improved patients with left ventricular systolic function.Moreover, renshenshaoyao decoction had no influence on bloodroutine examination and hepatic and renal functions.Conclusion:1. This study shows that renshenshaoyao decoctionhas notable effect on the treatment of the viral myocarditis with thetype of qi-yin deficiency, and can improve the clinical symptoms andsigns, and patients' electrocardiogram and left heart systolic function.It can also reduce the occurrence of patients premature beat andstrengthen the ability to resistant disease.2. In this study, the blood routine examination and hepatic andrenal functions of patients after treatment are not change, which shows that renshenshaoyao decoction can be safely used for clinicalapplication.3.Renshenshaoyao decoction covers antiviral treatment andprotecting heart muscle method advocated by the modern medical. Itreveals that the ancient Chinese medicine therapy include the modernscientific content.
