Through the oral Chinese medicine one based on (control group), add with Chinesetraditional medicine with Ta stains TDP therapeutic apparatus (the treatment group) treatment, record the knee function, respectively symptoms and signs change, period of treatment for10days, through the before and after treatment exceeds the changes and the knee joint cavitymain clinical symptoms, signs of change ratings, coating on the tongue, pulse conditioncompare and contrast of therapy was observed to explore Chinese medicine with Ta stains onknee osteoarthritis TDP instrument articular cavity effusion were the function and improvethe clinical curative effect of the situation.Result: This research shows that, and knee cavity effusion spleen and kidney two empty, wet note joint syndrome patients in treatment group in the treatment group before age, sex,and the course, TCM symptoms, coating on the tongue, pulses group in there are nosignificant difference (P>0.05), comparable. Before treatment in treatment group is the jointcavity effusion points compared, joint pain points of comparison between groups, nosignificant difference (P>0.05); Treatment after10days of articular cavity effusion integraland traditional Chinese symptoms of comparison between points, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), indicating that the treatment group treatment10days afterarticular cavity effusion improve (lower) than those in the control group. The two groupsbefore and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to compare the effect of varioussymptoms rank and analysis, we can draw the treatment group and control group can be significantly improved patients a knee cavity effusion symptoms, but have difference betweengroups, the treatment group than in control groupï¼›The treatment group can significantlyimprove symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and the control group cannot; And cansee the treatment group before and after treatment quality, improve the tongue coating on thetongue, pulses better than control group. In the clinical curative effect evaluation, according toscore results combined with statistical analysis, and concludes that the total effective rate intreatment group was96.67%, and the control group total effectiveness89.29%, showed thatthe curative effect of treatment group was better than control group effect is good. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Ta stains in the treatment of the knee withTDP instrument cavity effusion, improve the clinical symptoms and coating on the tongue, pulses compared with the simple oral Chinese medicine one obvious effect, to improve thequality of life of the patients, and clinical application of safe and reliable, and want to be moreand more knee osteoarthritis patients accepted, of the cavity effusion's treatment has theimportant value.
