Researches On The Specific Characteristics Of Acupoint Injection Therapy Based On Data Mining Technology And The Evaluation System Of Hiccup's Treatment By Acupoint Injection

Objective: Acupoint injection therapy, as an important part ofacupuncture and moxibustion, is effective in treatment since the1950s.In thisstudy we aim to provide clinicians and decision makers with evidence whichcan guide the clinic better by means of finding and analyzing the potentialspecific rules and characteristics of Acupoint injection therapy on superiordiseases, selection of acupoints and medicine by collecting extensive relevantpapers, medical articles and records.Methods:1Extensive reading of literature about Acupoint injection therapy.Determine retrieval method, use the computer and manual two ways to collectAcupoint injection therapy related papers, medical articles and records.Extract relevant information, according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.2Establish an independent manipulation literature network databaseplatform of Acupoint injection, according to the characteristics of literatureinformation water-acupunture therapy, and type in information which meet therequirements. Database records the journal name, title, medical service,disease, acupuncture points, drug and curative effect and other information.Carry out preliminary research by selecting part of the literature of thewater-acupunture therapy, and conduct the input information database ofstandardized treatment and amend the platform.3Record a large amount of water-acupunture therapy according to therequirement. Type in relevant medical articles and records strictly inaccordance with the3-level auditing system audit to reduce the error.4Set the relationship between water-acupunture therapy and superiordisease, disease and genus, disease and medicine selection, disease and meridian selection, and disease department and curative effect. Using OLAPtechnology, synthesize and analyze the database, and finally form professionalstatements for the researchers. And evaluate the results according to theprinciples and methods of evidence-based medicine.Results:1In our study,148diseases were involved in3774Journal articles,degree papers and important conference papers that meet our standards.Compared with other medical departments, Water-acupunture therapy isapplied better in Internal and surgical diseases, especially in hiccup andlumbocrural pain. Every disease chooses4acupoints,2drugs. Analysisshowed that the efficacy is significant, the total effective rate of the treatmentis above93%. In the study, clinical observational study occupied the main partof the data sources, randomized controlled and clinical controlled researcheswere less.2Acupoint injection therapy was applied to151diseases in8062recorded medical articles. Internal medical problems appear frequencyoccupied most of the total frequency. Related to other diseases, lumbocruralpain appeared most. Appear frequency of cough, stranguria, stomachache,edema, wei syndrome and hypochondriac pain was more than200. Four pointsand four drugs were chosen in each disease on avarage.3In86medical recoreds, acupoint injection therapy was applied in48diseases, involved in internal medicine, surgery, paediatrics, dermatology andENT. Gynecology was excepted. Internal and surgical diseases appear thesame frequency, lumbocrural pain appear most. Two points and two medicineswere chosen in each disease on average. Near acupoints and modern medicinewere preferred. The effect of this therapy was good in every medicaldepartment. All the cases were recovered.4Take hiccup the most suitable disease as example to analyze,17researches were involved in our study. Heterogeneous inspection X2=25.28, P=0.06, with clinical and statistical significance of the homogeneity, can usefixed model skilled analysis. Point injection group compared with controls, merger OR=0.17,95%confidence internal (0.11,0.25), and the overall effectinspection z=8.78, P<0.00001, extremely significant difference, acupointinjection treatment for the treatment effect of hiccup better than control group,but in the paper are low quality paper, publication bias exist, influence theresults real reliability.Conclusion: A large number of data shows acupoint injection therapy,different from other traditional therapy, are widely used in clinicaldepartments, especially in internal and surgical diseases, such as hiccup,lumbocrural pain, cough, scapulohumeral periarthritis. acupoint injectiontherapy have its specific effect and characteristics, less acupoints selection,less medicine application, and prefer to near and far acupoints. The acupointsare selected according to syndrome and syndrome differentiation, and themedicine is selected from modern medine. Effects were not found in medicalrecords, but described good in journal and medical cases. Based on the datamining system evaluation in the clinical application of acupoint injection rules,the information shows that acupoint injection therapy is remarkable in thetreatment of hiccup. The papers we chosen may exist publication bias, thereliability is low. The evidence of the effectiveness of the acupoint injection inthe treatment of hiccup is not enough, but acupoint injection is useful, andwell worth carrying out further research and exploration.
