With the development of society, the changing of working perspective, the pressure of working and the pushing of personnel reform in hospitals of China, the contracted nurses, as a new phenomenon, which has a large staff and developed eveloped important influence in many field of nursing or caring of the sick, is a tendency tothe institution of the employment of the hospital. But,under the affection from many parts, the professional burnout for this group is becoming more and more serious. So, I have picked five Three A-level hospitals of JiLin city,as sampled and surveyed through questionnaires and interviews. It is to show that there exists some professional burnout in the nurses of the hospitals. Demographic factors such as age, title, cultural degree, spouse, average monthly income working influence professional burnout to some extent. Contract nurse of the age of 20-30, the working time of 6-10 years, Junior, bachelor degree and a spouse have high level of professional burnout. The Satisfaction Scale of the contracted nurse has totally been unsatisfacted. It is to reach a conclusion that there exists professional burnout in the contracted nurse of Three A-level hospitals of JiLin city. The author uses Maslow's hierarchy of needs, including physiology needs, security needs, love needs, deference needs and oneself accomplishment, to deal with the situation we talked about and try to find the reason for it. What we need to know here is that the five needs above can't be fulfilled entirely and it affects the professional burnout. The ending of the writing poses approaches for dealing with the professional burnout of the contracted nurses as follows:raising salary reasonably to satisfied the physiology needs of the contracted nurses, strengthening indemnification to satisfied the security needs of the contracted nurses, increasing the opportunity of social contact o satisfied the love needs of the contracted nurses, enhancing the mechanism of encourage and reward o satisfied the deference needs of the contracted nurses, improving the status as host o satisfied the oneself accomplishment of the contracted nurses. It is to research the features and the reasons of the contracted nurses of Three A-level hospitals of JiLin city from three aspects of Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization and Disimished Personal Accomplishment. It is also a new try in the field of professional burnout.
