Back ground:Low back pain caused by lumbar spinal instability require surgery to relievesymptoms. Lumbar fusion become a common surgical treatment of lumbar spinedisorders. As the technology of the posterior lumbar interbody fusion has beendeveloping over time, there have also been many improved method for bone graftingand bone graft devices. Iliac is more used as autogenous bone graft material forlumbar fusion, however, after nerve decompression the spinous process and laminaof bone is often taken away and wasted. In recent years there have been many kindsof lumbar fusion devices, which are widely used in clinical. These lumbar fusiondevices bring the convenience but they also bring a lot of risk and cost. Therefore, there still have been a large controversy whether the clinical effect of lumbarinterbody fusion using the spinous process and lamina is able to achieve satisfactoryintegration of efficacy and safety. Objective:Through follow-up and analysis of lumbar spine disorders postoperative recovery, confirming the line posterior lumbar interbody fusion using the spinous process andlamina bone implanted in the interbody bone graft is safe and effective.Method:Collected in accordance with the established screening criteria,standards-compliant patient clinical data and follow-up. Measurement ofpreoperative and postoperative intervertebral anterior height and one on the anteriorvertebral height ratio of edge height and the ratio of the trailing edge on a vertebralheight and intervertebral angle of the upper and lower edge of the intervertebral after, the use of SPSS V13.0imaging data analysis. By CT examination of lumbar spinesurgery segment is fully integrated. Functional recovery evaluation formdetermination in patients with postoperative functional recovery.Result:According to the standard screening,36patients by the same surgeon surgeons tomeet and become the object of study. Mean follow-up of19.5months, the result offunctional recovery showed that:19patients with complete functional recovery, accounting for52.8%;11patients with functional results, accounting for30.6%; theremaining six patients resume normal, accounting for16.7%. The final follow-up, allpatients with pain had improved. The imaging data analysis showed that all surgeryafter segmental intervertebral height and lumbar curvature of both recovery and tomaintain. CT examination after18months showed all surgical segment have alreadyachieved a bony fusion. One case with postoperative incisional skin infection and five cases of patients with CSF leakage had been cured after treatment. Conclusion:Spinous process and lamina bone used in the posterior lumbar interbody fusioncan reach the final of the interbody bone fusion, this method is safe and effective.
