| Purpose:To meta-analysis the accuracy of computed tomography angiography in the diagnosis of aneurysms acute subarachnoid. Methods:Through the computer and manual check to get the literatures about CTA on aneurysm subarachnoid hemorrhage diagnosis. According to a inclusion and exclusion criteria screening literature, extracting data; Using the METADISC1.4software to check study heterogeneity; Calculate the sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio,DOR,the AUC of SROC. Depict summary receiver operating characteristics curve (SROC); with the meta regression analysis and the subgroup analysis; Using STATA version12.0software to depict funnel figure, calculation fail safe number; Using EXCEL2003calculate fail safe number.Results:30articles were included in this study. The sensitivity was0.95[95%CI(0.94,0.96), The specificity was0.96[95%CI(0.94,0.98)];The positive likelihood ratio was16.40[95%CI(11.48,22.91)],The negative likelihood ratio was0.06[95%CI(0.05,0.07)];The DOR was31.50,The AUC of SROC was0.9817(SE=0.0041),Q=0.9405(SE=0.0081); Meta regression analysis suggest that the probable heterogeneity is the CT type. Funnel figure indicate that this study is less affected by publication bias, the fail safe number is1850.Conclusion:1.CTA towards intracranial aneurysms subarachnoid hemorrhage has better diagnostic performance;2.CTA can assist aneurysms subarachnoid hemorrhage patients in etiological diagnosis. Multi CT angiography can be used as a primary examination tool in the diagnostic work-up of patients with SAH. |
