Methods:1,To collect 75 conventional paraffin wax tissues of adrenal pheochromocytoma, corticomedullary hyperplasia, cortical adenoma, normal adrenal tissue from our hospital, from January 2003 to May 2010. and normal adrenal corned from corpse. Every group is 15 cases. Patient group with age range 21-56 years,22 males and 23 females. There were no clinical data show that concurrent other diseases.2,Detected by immunohistochemistry has been diagnosed with colorectal cancer pathology biopsy, with IGF-Ⅱantibody and bFGF antibodies that were 100 times and 300 times,100 times and 200 times diluted. IGF-Ⅱantibody and bFGF antibodies were 300 times and 200 times dilution, Because of dye clear and less background interference.
