| Object: to study the the propafenone rapapeutic effect and safety with guan fu base A inthe treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT).Methods: According to the patient history, symptoms, signs and electro cardiogram(ECG), diagnosis of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). The patients wererandomly divided into two groups. Asking the patient history detailedly before treatparoxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT). recordding the patient basic thing,symptoms, signs and so on inje ction of guan-fu base A and propafenone in electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring respectively, guan fu base A with4mg kg, dissolved thedrugs with5%of the glucose20ml. intravenous injection after5minutes. pro pafenone with1mg/kg, dissolved the drugs with5%of the glucose20ml. intravenous injection after5minutes, if the first treatment agent is invalid, both groups began the second injection after15minutes. If the sencond treatment agent is invalid, terminatting the paroxysmalsupraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) with other methods, and recordding the side-effect.Doing the electrocardiogram (ECG) and examinatting the blood. Observation of thetherapeutic effect and adverse reaction of compared between the two groups.Results:54patients with guan-fubase A,33patients cured in the first,12patients cured inthe second and9patients were defeated. the total effective rate is83.3%. adverse reactions is1case1.9%;67patients with propafenone,35patients cured in the first,19patients curedin the second and13patients were defeated. the total effective rate is80.6%. adversereactions is4case6%.Conclusion: Guan-fubase A treatment paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia is safe andeffective. Compared with propafenone no statistically significant differences. |
