| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and LipoPGEl on severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:81 cases of patients who were diagnosed as SAP by diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into four groups:control group(24 cases),traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(21 cases),LipoPGEl treatment group(17 cases) and ccombined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and LipoPGE1 group(19 cases). The control group received conventional treatment alone; traditional Chinese medicine and LipoPGEl group were added with traditional Chinese medicine, respectively, LipoPGEl, except the control group's treatment; combined treatment group were added traditional Chinese medicine and LipoPGE1, the remainder same as the control group. To observe relieving,disappearing time of the abdominal symptoms and discovery time of serum amylase,the length of hospital staying and the total clinical effective rate.Results:Compared with the control group, relieving,disappearing time of the abdominal symptoms and discovery time of serum amylase were decreased in both traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and LipoPGEl group, and the total clinical effective rate was improved, there was statistical significance(P<0.05); every clinical indicator,the length of hospital staying and the total clinical effective rate in the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and LipoPGEl group compared to the control group were improved, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05); compared with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and LipoPGE1 group, disappearing time of the abdominal symptoms,discovery time of serum amylase and the length of hospital staying were shorten in the combined treatment group(P<0.05), but the total clinical effective rate was no difference(p>0.05); there were no statistical significance between traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and LipoPGEl group (p>0.05).Conclusions:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and LipoPGEl can significantly improve the clinical indicators, shorten the length of hospital staying and enhance the total clinical effective rate (in the treatment of SAP)... |
