A Cobalt Ammonium Joint Ito Will Facilitate The Treatment Of Diabetic Gastroparesis Efficacy Observed

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of Itopride and methycobal in treatment for patients with diabetic gastropathy (DGP). It will be provide the basis for clinical practice.METHODS:Seventy five DGP patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n= 36) and control group (n=39). There were no significant differences in gender, age, duration of disease, complication, clinical symptoms between treatment and control group and there was commeasurability between them. With the normal therapy of diabetes and blood sugar controlled effectively, The treatment group received Itopride (50 mg, three times a day) and intramuscular administration of methycobal(500ug, one times a day) for 4 weeks. The control group received routine treatment with the equivalent dosage as the treatment group. Clinical symptoms before and after treatment and relapse rate 1 month after withdrawal of drugs were observed and compared between the treatment group and control group.RESULTS:After 4 weeks' treatment, the effective rate in treatment group was significantly different from the control group (94.44% VS 76.92%, P< 0.01). And after 1 month, the recurrence rate of the control group was 89.7%, while it was 38.9% in the treatment group (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Treatment of methycobal in combination with Itopride shows better therapeutic effect for diabetic gastroparesis than Itopride simple applications. It can effectively reduce the recurrence of diabetic gastroparesis. It is a good program for diabetic gastroparesis and it is worthy of promotion.
