Optimization Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Model In Panyu

On January 10,2003, the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture published "Concerns about establishment of new rural cooperative medical system", pointing out that establishing new rural cooperative medical system is an important part in next generation's rural health work, particular embodiment of the practice of "Three Represents", and carries significant meaning in improvement of farmer's health, development of rural economy, as well as maintaining social stability.As a part of rural health policy, new rural cooperative medical concerns the health of hundreds of thousands of farmers. Regarding this, based on the review of development of new rural cooperative medical, this article aims on analysis of new rural cooperative medical model in Panyu District, provides in-depth analysis of the content of new rural cooperative medical model in Panyu, summarize the pros and cons, and then bring forward a method for improvement, so as to facilitate the promotion of new rural cooperative medical system.This article can be divided into four parts:1. Analyze the background, the meaning, content and method used in the research.2. Classify the introduction, related concept, current situation and history of new rural cooperative medical system.3. Based on new rural cooperative medical model in Panyu and the statistics, peek deep into the current situation and discover problems. Raise current problems in new rural cooperative medical model from the perspective of public administration.4. Based on the problems in part 3 and the summary of analysis of the problems, bring up a method to improve the model from Compensation fund, education and management rules.Lastly, a conclusion is made and the direction of research development is proposed.
