A Case-control Study Of Hazard Of Cholecystolithiasis(Gallbladder Polyps) Recurrence After Cholecystolithotomy With Gallbladder Reservation

Objectives: To discuss the hazard of cholecystolithiasis recrudesce after cholecystolithotomy with gallbladder reservation.Methods: We randomly selected and visited cholecystolithiasis recurrent cases and non-recurrent cases who have been operated for one year. And then retrospectively analyzed these cases.Results: By Single factor Logistic regression analysis, hazards of cholecystolithiasis recurrence are(Sorted by OR value size): Gallstone quantity; Gallstone in gallbladder submucosal; Family history of gallstone disease; Fattier diets; Lack of exercise and Age. Hazards of gallbladder polyps recurrence are:age;Family history of gallstone disease; smoking and Fattier diets.Conclusion: The main hazards of cholecystolithiasis recurrence were Gallstone quantity; Gallstone in gallbladder submucosal; Family history of gallstone disease; Fattier diets; Lack of exercise and Age. The main hazards of gallbladder polyps recurrence were age;Family history of gallstone disease; smoking and Fattier diets.
