Objective:To compare the heparin and protamine ratio in the hepatitis B (or carriers) and negative markers of hepatitis B patients who underwent valve replacement procedures. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of cases who underwent valve replacement procedures from Jun 1st 2006 to Aug 1st 2010.33 cases with positive markers of hepatitis B were included into the experimental group, the other 33 cases with negative markers of hepatitis B were included into the control group. To compare the heparin and protamine ratio between the both groups preoperation and postoperation. Results:There was no significantly difference in both groups in the heparin and protamine ratio (P>0.05).Conclusion:The dosage of the heparin and protamine in patients who have underwent valve replacement surgery with positive markers of hepatitis B, were determined by the routine ratio, but a better ratio would be achieved by a multi-center and a large sample study, especially positive markers of hepatitis B patients. |
