The male to female ratio is 1.46:1, and mostly are age is 14～77. The average age is 46.57. Among them with calcium oxalate, containing calcium oxalate stone 136 patients (90.67%). simple calcium oxalate stone are 59 patients (39.33%), pure uric acid calculi are 6 patients (4.00%); Pure phosphoric calculus are 6 cases (4.00%); Containing magnesium ammonium phosphate/carbonate phosphoric rock composition of phosphoric calculus 63 (43%), male 25 cases (28.09%), the female is 38 cases (62.30%); Uric acid and ammonium uric acid detected respectively proportion 18 cases in men (20.22%) and 8 cases is woman (13.11%). So calculus mixed with calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate and uric acid are the predominantly type stonesConclusion:Upper urinary calculus mainly occurs in males. Stones were mainly calcium oxalate, Phosphoric calculus are more occurs in women than in man. Urinary infection prevention in women is important. Reducing uric acid in blood to preventing Uric acid calculi is important. Many factors determine calculi components have gap between urban and rural areas.
