ObjectiveTo explore the relationship between the levels change of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 and peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, and to synthetically evaluate the clinical value of the serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 in testing and judging the peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.MethodTo determine the levels of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 of patients suffering peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer with electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay method; To compare it with the group without peritoneal metastasis; To determine the levels change of serum CEA,CA125,CA19-9 before and after the operation and make statistic analysis.ResultTo compare the serum of progressive gastric cancer patients of and without peritoneal metastasis; there was no statistical significance of the levels difference of serum CEA and CA19-9 (P> 0.05); The levels of serum CA125 got higher obviously and there was statistical significance of the levels difference (P< 0.01); The levels of serum CA125 of peritoneal metastasis patients decreased obviously after the radical resection and the levels difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05); The levels decrease of serum CA125 of peritoneal metastasis patients was unobvious after palliative operation and the levels difference had no statistical significance (P> 0.05).To compare the serum of colorectal cancer patients during C/D period of and without peritoneal metastasis; There was no statistical significance of the levels difference of serum CEA and CA125 (P> 0.05); The levels of serum CA19-9 got higher obviously and there was statistical significance of the levels difference (P< 0.01); The levels of serum CA19-9 of peritoneal metastasis patients decreased obviously after the radical resection and the levels difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05); The levels decrease of serum CA19-9 of peritoneal metastasis patients was unobvious after palliative operation and the levels difference had no statistical significance (P> 0.05)ConclusionThe levels of serum CA12-5 of peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer gets higher obviously. The levels change of serum CA12-5 is related to the height of peritoneal metastasis and it can be used as an effective prediction index for peritoneal metastasis of gastric cancer. The detection of serum CA19-9 is simple and accurate. The serum CA19-9 levels of patients of peritoneal metastasis of colorectal cancer gets higher obviously. Therefore, serum CA19-9 has very important clinical significance to predict peritoneal metastasis of colorectal cancer.
