Swingle are the gourd family siraitia grosvenorii genus of dry fruit, for traditional Chinese medicine,has clear heat runfei, embellish aperient bowel function. The traditional herbal medicinal its fruit, the ground vine and leaf parts are discarded. In order to comprehensive utilization of momordica grosvenori swingle vine and leaf resources, this thesis project and hubei huite biotechnology limited company, to implement university-industry cooperation siraitia grosvenorii vine and leafs flavonoids were systematically discussed.Using the D-101 macroporous resin purification technology, The flavonoids of momordica grosvenori swingle vine and leaf extraction and purification process was optimized research.The parameter above we got is proved to be stability and reliable.The content of total flavonoids in extract is above 49.9%.So it provide the basis for improving the traditional production preparation process.Has adopt menstruum to follow sum chromatograpHy having been in progress to Siraitia grosvenorii total flavonid extracting separation studying, has got 5 monomer components out of,they are Kaempferol 7-o-L-rat, kaempferol- 3 -o- L -rat, kaempferitrin, quercetin-7-o-D-glu 7-0-L-rat.This several kinds compound are that the root of Safflower and Hawthorn berry flavonid extract. Puerarin and hydroxysafflor yellow A has be examined with HPLC analysis method. The analysis method was well repeated and good credibility.Our research can effectively control the quality of total flavones extractive of Siraitia grosvenoriiAccording to country medicines and chemical reagents food without exception superintending the relevance request that the administration bureau promulgates, the fingerprint on total flavones in total flavones extractive of Siraitia grosvenorii vine and leaf was studied by HPLC,with result that 11 peaks were common respectively.The method is stable,well repeated and may offer abundant scientific basis of the quality evaluation of total flavones extractive of Siraitia grosvenorii vine and leaf.
