As a important chiral secondary alcohols,α-Phenylethanol is widely used in organic synthesis. At present, the enzymatic resolution of Phenyl ethanol is limited to widely used, despite the great potential prospects because of the shortcomings of the free enzyme. One approach to solve the above problems is immobilizating lipase onto special materials. The structure and performance of the materials are quite important to the technology of immobilization lipase. In this paper, the magnetic muti-walled-carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs) have been obtained and characterized with the spectra of XRD, XPS, Raman and FTIR as well as TEM. The magnetic MWCNTs have been used to immobilize lipase for the resolution of phenylethanol. Immobilized lipase and free lipase were investigated from different aspects, including the influence of temperature, molar ratio of vinyl acetate to (R,S)-1-Phenyl ethanol, reaction time and reaction solvent. It has been found that high enantiomeric excess and substrate conversion can be achieved by the immobilized lipase. |
