Objective:To evaluate effects of the different parts pacing of the right ventricular on left ventricular Remodeling and cardiac systolic function using echocardiographyMethods:34 patients with implantable cardiac pacemaker were randomly divided into right ventricular outflow tract pacing group (RVOT, n=17) and right ventricular apex pacing group (RVA, n=17). To mearsure Left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD) and left atrial diameter (LAD) using echocardiography and compared at the day preoperative and 6 months postoperative by echocardiography, respectively. Results:There is no statistical significant on LVEF, SV, LVESV, LVEDV, LVEDD and LAD between the two groups (all P>0.05), and compared with preoperative, the above observed index also show no statistical difference after 6 months within each group (P>0.05).Conclusion:RVOT and RVA pacing group show no significant on effects of left ventricular Remodeling and systolic function in short-term...
