| ObjectiveTo investigate the expressions of Regâ…£,Survivin and VEGF in colorectal carcinoma and then analyze their correlation and their relationship with clinicopathological features of colorectal carcinoma.Materials and MethodsImmunohistochemistry (IHC) were used to determine the expressive levels of Regâ…£Survivin and VEGF in specimens collected from 62 patients with colorectal carcinoma. The outcomes were carried out statistic analysis and were compared with clinical features.ResultsIn 62 cases of the colorectal cancer tissues, the positive rates of Regâ…£, Survivin and VEGF expression were 35.48%,45.16% and 41.94% respectively. The expression of Regâ…£in the colorectal cancer was not related to the age, gender, tumor size, the depth of invasion, the metastasis of lymph nodes and Dukes stages. But it was related to pathological types, the degree of differentiation and venous invasion. The expression of Survivin and VEGF in the colorectal cancer tissue were not related to the age, gender, tumor size, pathological types and the degree of differentiation, but were related to the depth of invasion, the metastasis of lymph nodes, venous invasion and Dukes stages. Regâ…£and Survivin , VEGF and Survivin expressed in the tissues of colorectal carcinoma had positive correlations.ConclusionRegâ…£, Survivin and VEGF were expressed in colorectal carcinoma tissues. The expression of Regâ…£,Survivin and VEGF might be closely correlated with genesis, development, invasion and metastasis of the colorectal cancer, and serve as diagnosis predictors of early colorectal cancer, gene therapy and evaluation prognosis. Regâ…£and Survivin, VEGF and Survivin expression had positive correlations,The expression of Regâ…£and Survivin, VEGF and Survivin were associated with the genesis and development of colorectal carcinoma. |
