In recent years, induced abortion advertising overrun, occupied the space for people's public life, stricken many people criticized. In China, with the lack of abortion law and advertising law, so many advertisers and medical institutions pursuit of economic interests one-sided. They cover up the risk of abortions, and mislead the audience into healthy errors. Induced abortion advertising was accused of poor style, vulgar and abetting. In other countries, abortion has been a controversial topic related to religion, human rights, democracy and other issues, with the long-running dispute between Pro-life and Pro-choice. In China, formed by the topics of abortion, the environment is relatively tolerant of public opinion, which is related to China's family planning policy, change in family relations and cultural ideology.This paper first reviews the current situation of the induced abortion advertising in the social environment. Secondly, combined with China's specific national conditions, from the three aspects of public policy, family ethics and cultural change, analyzes the reasons for the prevalence of abortion and its impact on public opinion formation. It discusses the social problems caused by the family planning policy to control population, and the underlying causes of abortions authorized by social groups. Last part, pointed out the importance of guiding public opinion, media should strengthen self-discipline, elimination of gender and cultural discrimination, strengthen the humane care demands, attention to sex education advocacy.In addition, the novelty of this paper is to be neutral, positive and negative arguments of social problems caused by abortion advertising. And then bolding defense for abortion advertising. It is permissive public opinion environment that makes abortion advertising prevalence. From another perspective, the new social media is being generated.
