Objective: The rats were taken orally Zheng's Qili-San of professor Zheng Huaixian, the late well-known martial arts and medical expert in our hospital, after the animal model to explore the effects of treatment and hemorheology on acute soft tissue injure, and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment. Methods: 72 SD male rats which were two-month-old and weighing 212.5±32.2g, were made into models by combating after fed adaptively. They were divided into three groups randomly (n=24), A: namely experimental group (Zheng's Qili-San); B: compared group ("LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San); C: controlled group. Then they were divided into four time point groups (n=6). That was group a (the first day group), group b (the third group), group c (the seventh day group), group d (the tenth day group). They were given Chinese traditional medicine and steamed water according to different groups after an hour modeling, twice a day. After observing at each time point and soft tissue modeling localized damage index. We processed the data and analyzed them by SPSS 1 group, but had no significant differences(P>0.05);and Zheng's Qili-San group's index compared with"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San group's had no significant differences(P>0.05). 3 days after modeling, Zheng's Qili-San group's and"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San group's Whole blood viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, whole blood reduced viscosity were lower than those of Blank control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05); The change in plasma viscosity was not significantly different (P> 0.05); and Zheng's Qili-San group's index 6.0.Result: (1) Soft tissue injury symptoms index score: 7 days after modeling, Zheng's Qili-San group started with the control group were significantly different (P <0.05), the 10th day, Zheng's Qili-San group and " LiangFangJiYe " Qili-San group compared with the control group were statistically significant differences (P <0.01), but Zheng's Qili-San and the" LiangFangJiYe "Qili-San observation points in each was no significant difference (P>0.05). (2) hemorheology index:In the 1st day after modeling, Zheng's Qili-San group's and"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San group's Whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte rigidity index, whole blood reduced viscosity were lower than those of Blank control compared with"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San group's had no significant differences (P>0.05). From the 7th day after modeling, Zheng's Qili-San group's and"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San group's whole indexes are lower than those of Blank control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05);and Zheng's Qili-San group's index compare with"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San group's had no significant differences at each time point (P>0.05).Conclusion: Zheng's Qili-San has a clear therapeutic effect on rats with acute soft tissue injury. It can significantly improve the symptoms of the soft tissue injury in rats and blood hemorhelogy. Zheng's Qili-San on the treatment of acute soft tissue injury has the same effects to"LiangFangJiYe"Qili-San. So it should be applied in clinical practice and spread in the field of Chinese traditional medicine.
