Objective: In this paper, biochemistry, exercise physiology, sports training and other academic knowledge were applied. In the winter the course of monitoring the training of Athletic Training, and Physiological and Biochemical tests: serum testosterone (T), cortisol (C), hemoglobin (Hb), blood urea (BU), white blood cells, serum creatine kinase (CK), heart rate (HR). Biochemical test at 1 week, 4 weeks, 5 weeks and 8 weeks, were tested 4 times, the test of time are in the early morning. Physiological tests conducted by occasional testing.Results: (1) The overall average level of serum testosterone changed little. The minimum value of Zhang×is 35.3ng/dl; The minimum value of Xu××is 36ng/dl; The minimum value of Li×is 450ng/dl; The minimum value of Ma××is 476ng/dl.(2) The mean of T/C showed the first decline in after the increase. Han××, Xu××, Chen×'s T/C declined more in the second time.(3) The lowest HB of men athletes in the first time, is 147.8g/L; The lowest HB of woman athletes in the first test, is 131.50g/L.(4) The mean BU was significant fluctuations in the overall. The Maximum BU is 6.78mmol/L and The lowest of 3.85mmol/L. The BU of Zhang×is 8.45mmol/L in the first time , above the normal level.(5) The White blood cells was steady during the winter training, and within normal range.(6) The lowest mean CK is 157U/L, the maximum value of 533U/L. The mean CK is above 300U/L in the first and third time. The CK of each player is basically the same trend, but great individual differences.Conclusions: Throughout the whole National Team Players can see the results of biochemical monitoring of the basic phenomenon of the accumulation without fatigue, training loads more reasonable. 1,3 times test indicators deviate from the normal, namely large amount of training the athletes, the training intensity are large, but in the subsequent section 2,4 times the value of the test data have suffered different degrees of recovery and normal range, which is attributed to fatigue after training restored the one hand, means to play a certain role; The other coaches were on the training load adjustment in time, we monitored through sports training weeks of training monitoring statistics can clearly see this point. Monitoring the seventh week of training as an example: this week for the late winter, was a large load of classes the last few weeks training in the adjustment to small and medium load training week, the weekly load of smaller arrangements. Biochemical test data after training values (4th) have suffered different degrees of recovery. To verify, this study used biochemical indicators of athletes training load monitoring is effective.From monitoring to the individual biochemical analysis showed that the individual athletes indicators are not ideal. Should pay attention to training in muscle fatigue and general fatigue and immune function of the recovery remain.
