Objective:Through the anatomy study of the number, shape, Characteristics diameter, ahd some important neighboring structures of superficial vein valve of leg, it provide an anaromical basis for The method of destroying venous valve ameliorate venous drainage in reverse-flow island flap. Methods:In this study, using adult carcasel5(in total 30) in human anatomy part, selecting knee ahd the highest point connections between inside outside and (the ankle between the lines) as a location mark, it observed the number, diameter and length of branches of superficial vein valve of leg and the number, the shape, the special point diameter and some important adiacent structural relationship of valves. Using healthy adult living dog 6 (in total 12 cases) inanimal experiments, making4×6 cm2 reverse-flow island flap behind the leg, it measured the the venous pressure changes between before damaging the valve and after damaging the valve with the BL-420S biological experimental apparatus. Results:The 30 cases in the anatomy for superficial vein vaive of leg show that valve mainly distributed fiom kocc lo cho nnklo Between the lines. This section valve is more tenacious anddifficult to break. Animal experiments in 12 cases showed that the average vein is 41.59±3.20mmHg before damaging the valve,22.27±1.06mmHg after damaging the valve and average pressure difference is 19.33±2.29mmHg between before damaging thetween before damaging thevalve and after damaging the valve, P<0.05 comparing between before damaging the valve and after damaging the valve. Conclusions:After the method of destroying venous valve, venous blood may not only axhieve reverse back but also reduce back resistance, increaxing venous return flow, reducing flapswelling and insreasing skin flap survival.
