Objective To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids and aetherolea in wild chrysanthemum, initially establish dogs model with acute gastroenteritis, and investigate therapeutic effect of wild chrysanthemum aqueous extract in the dogs with acute gastroenteritis. Methods Concentration of ethyl aloclhol, extraction times, and extract time were selected as investigation factors, content of total flavonoids was chosen as evaluation criterion. The experiment followed with L9 (3) orthogonal design to analyze and screen optimization extraction technology of total flavonoids in wild chrysanthemum. Extraction amount of aetherolea was selected as evaluation criterion, imbitition (A), soaking time (B), distillation time (C) were was chosen as investigation factors. The experiment followed with L9 (3) orthogonal design to analyze and screen optimization extraction technology of aetherolea in wild chrysanthemum. The dogs with acute gastroenteritis were administrated with mildew feeds, impurity water or sharp-pointed corpus aleienum, or gloomy, humid high stringent state, and then observed symptoms. Contrasting with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine positive groups, therapeutic effect of wild chrysanthemum aqueous extract in the dogs with acute gastroenteritis were performed. Conclusion Optimization extraction technology of total flavonoids in wild chrysanthemum was 60% ethyl alcohol with twelve-fold of material refluxing for 2 times, each time 1 hour. Optimization extraction technology of aetherolea in wild chrysanthemum was soaking in water with twelve-fold of material refluxing for 0.5 hours and distilling for 5 hours. Dogs occurred a series of symptoms after administration for 3 or 4 days. Wild chrysanthemum aqueous extract showed a significant anti-inflammatory, hemostasis and spasmolysis effect. |
