In recent years, Resonance light scattering (RLS) technique has been extensively applied. It has attracted widespread attention due to its high sensitivity, simple operation, rapidly analytical speed. In this thesis, anti-inflammatory and antiviral drugs were taken as reseach objects, and the novel systems of them for study the RLS characteristic were developed. At the same time, combining with UV-Vis spectra and quantum chemical calculation, the interaction mechanism of drugs was discussed and developed new quantitative analytical metheds. This paper has five chapters:In the first chapter summarizes the development, principle, quantitative of RLS, and the study status of magnolol, honokiol,α-mangostin, naringenin, kaempferol. The second chapter, the spectral characteristic of crystal violet (CV)-sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS)-magnolol systems were studied, and the react mechanism were characterized by UV-Vis spectra. At pH=3.5 sodium citrate-HCl buffer solution, magnolol and SDS could cooperactively enhance the RLS intensity of CV and with the maximum scattering peak at 333 nm. Under the optimum conditions,△IRLS is proportional to the concentration magnolol and honokiol in the range 0.02~5.33μg/mL.The detection limits is 1.88×10-4μg/mL,and the recovery yields ranged from 98.1% to 103.0%.The third chapter, the spectral characteristic of alizarin red (AR)-cetyltrimethylammoniumbromide(CTMAB) -α-mangostin systems were studied. At pH=6.7, anionic dye AR react withα-mangostin and CTMAB to form a large aggregate, which result in enhance the RLS intensity of systems. The spectral characteristic of aborption and RLS, the influencing factors, optimum conditions have been investigated.△IRLS intensity is proportional to the concentration ofα-mangostin in the range 0.082~5.68μg/mL.The detection limits is 2.83 ng/mL, and the recovery yields ranged from 97.8% to 101.4%.In the fourth chapter, the spectral characteristic of Aluminum(Ⅲ- naringenin-sodium dodecylbenzenesulfate(SDBS) systems were studied. In the Britton-Robinson buffer (pH=3.5), Aluminum(Ⅲ) react with naringenin and SDBS to form a kind of ion-association complexes, which results in enhancement of RLS intensity with the maximun scattering wavelength 323 nm. The influencing factors and optimum conditions of the reaction were also investigated. The linear range is 0.027~6.80μg/mL.The detection limits is 1.9 ng/mL,and the recovery yields ranged from 98.8% to 101.0%. In the fifth chapter,we studied the spectral characteristic of kaempferol. In the solution with pH 3.0 to 5.5 the RLS signal increase continuously, but decrease sharply with a increase of pH when pH>5.5.In the Britton-Robinson buffer (pH=5.5). The mechanism of kaempferol RLS is investigated by quantum calculation, the results show that this enhancement of RLS because molecues of assembled into aggregates by hydrogen bond.
