BACKGRANDJob involvement as an occupational health psychology research, have become the focus of academic research content, the Exploration of its concept has go for a long time. According to their research, Kahn, Maslash and Schaufeli also come up with their ideas. Kahn believes that the job involvement are the combined with the organization's own internal staff and work roles, it means that show themselves in the physical, cognitive and affective expression. Maslash, who proposed the "bipolar view", it seems that the burnout and job involvement are the poles of a continuum, the negative one is the burnout, and the positive one is job involvement. According to this conclusion, burnout and job involvement is full of negative relevant relationships. Schaufeli starts at the two dimensions of well-being, defined it as an individual work into a perfection status, besides full long-lasting, positive state of emotion and motivation, it has performance, dedication and focus. This view is consistent with others in current, and accepted by the academic community.When we know the definition of job involvement, we want to know the question is:As an important part in the health care system-what kind of environment can make the health professionals work positive? What kinds of factors will affect their work involvement? How can make them go to work actively? Researchers want to understand these issues by the survey of 2903 health workers in the public hospitals in Shandong Province.OBJECTIVBESThis research use health workers in the county public hospitals in Shandong Province as the research object, through self-administered questionnaire survey, to understand the job involvement in public hospitals of Shandong Province, and according to "Job Demands-Resources model", analyze the factors, to determine the factors of health workers in county public hospitals of Shandong Province, and explore the main issues, propose some policy for the health management sector, and may supply some stage to provide possible solutions and methods of reference, to ease the Doctor-patient relationship.METHODOLGYThe multi-stage stratified random sampling method is used in this study, and the health works in Weihai, Dongying and Heze are the respondents.3,200 questionnaires were grant,2903 valid questionnaires were recycled, the effective rate was 90.7%. The survey are by the questionnaire designed by the task Force, under the guidance of investigators uniform training were been used, and the health workers to fill it by themselves. The database is using ACCESS software, and statistical analysis is used the software of SPSS. Data analysis methods mainly include descriptive analysis, university chi-square test, DR.MAIN RESULTSThe health works in Shandong Province are at the high level in China, and requires a higher emotional and low workload conditions. The health workers have a high feedback and greater job autonomy in Shandong Province. They seem that the doctor-patient relationship is in high level of confidence, but the practice environment is poor. Gender, marital status and professional was not statistically significant, but different age, professional category, work experience, departments, education, job title, professional qualifications, income, and management positions are in a statistically significant.CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONSFirst, health workers in the individual level, as medical workers, should improve their psychological and quality of services, and continuous progress in their work and improve communication with patients, focus on self-cultivation, cultivating patience and sense of responsibility of individuals, efforts to improve physician-patient relationship. Second, at the hospital level, we must improve the management system, rationalize the working hours of health workers, the rational allocation of human resources, in ensuring the smooth progress of medical services under the premise of health professionals to give adequate time for health works to rest and sleep. so they can work and rest, moderate work, high efficiency, high input to work, and let it always fell with the support and care. So they can devote all their energies to the work. |
