| Objective:To develop Chinese medicine clinic guide of viral myocarditis in children.Method:Through combining three method of literature research, expert survey (Delphi method) and expert meetings to develop Chinese medicine clinic guide of viral myocarditis in children.Literature Research:Guide by the principles of evidence-based medicine, using search tools to make artificial retrieval,computer retrieval and Internet search to find ancient and modern literature. To assess the quality of the literature. Collected on the literature on viral myocarditis in children diagnostic criteria and treatment were analyzed one by one. Gather syndrome, etiology and pathogenesis, the election of various understanding to make a literature research report.Experts Survey:On the base of early literature srudy,the first round of the expert questionnaire was formed,send the questionnaire to nationwide selection of the 40 experts by letter. The first round of the experts on the recovery of the questionnaire were analyzed to develop the second round questionnaire. The second round of the expert questionnaire sent to experts in the first round recover,based on the statistical analysis of the second round questionnaire recover to form the first draft of Chinese medicine clinic guide of viral myocarditis in children.The Expert Meeting:Invite famous TCM pediatrician discuss,modify and approves the views of the Chinese medicine clinic guide of viral myocarditis in children.Conclusion:A more scientific Chinese medicine clinic guide of viral myocarditis in children was developed by using the literature search,the expert questionnaire survey and expert meeting. |
