Objective: To observe the Yiqixiaobantang's curative effects of idiopathic thrombo- cytopenic purpura(Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura, ITP)and its impact on the efficacy of ITP mouse model in IL-1,IL-3,IL-6 effects, to explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic mechanism and provide the basis for clinical medication.Methods: Clinical observation: The 60 cases of idiopathic thrombocyto penia (ITP) were randomly divided into treatment combination of the control group, treatment group 30 cases, 30 control group, treatment group were treated with Yiqishengbantang group; control group Weixuening particles, two groups of treatment lasted about three months. Animal experiment: The 60 BALB/C mice were randomly divided into four groups, namely, the normal group, model group, Weixuening group, Yiqixiaobantang group. It is necessary to test four levels of serum IL-1 , IL-3 and IL-6 .Results: The clinical observation: The treatment group in total rate is 96.7%, the comparison group in total rate is up to 90.0%. the two groups had significant difference in total rate (P<0.05); the treatment group and control group can effectively increase the number of platelets of patients, compared with those before treatment were significant differences (P<0.01); platelets in total by treatment of two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). The treatment group and control group can raise IL-3 level, and the treatment group better than control group (P<0.05). Animal experiment: by the treatment, each group can improve the weight of mouse, however, Yiqixiaobantang group better Weixuening group. Model group, Yiqixiaobantang group and Weixuening group increase weight of spleen obvious than the normal group, which show that immune response is hyperfunction. After treatment, compared with model group, Weixuening group and Yiqixiaobantang group can narrow the weight of spleen, which can explain iqixiaobantang can protect the immune organs. The platelets of model group , Yiqixiaobantang group and Weixuening group can less than the normal group. After treatment, compared with model group, Weixuening group and Yiqixiaobantang group can rise the platelets, and Yiqixiaobantang group increased platelets better than Weixuening group.The bone marrow megakaryocytes of the model groups were more than the normal group , and The bone marrow megakaryocytes of Weixuening group and Yiqixiaobantang group were less than the model group. The levels of IL-1, IL-3 and IL-6 were modulated , which can show that Yiqixiaobantang regulate immune system.Conclusion: Yiqixiaobantang treated ITP effectively, and it can effectively lower IL-1,IL-6 and increase IL-3 of the mouse model.The mechanism of Yiqixiaobantang needs to be further discussed. |
