Effect Of Kidney-Invigorating And Chong-Vessel-Regulating Therapy To Do IVF Cycle PCOS Patients AMH And Oocyte Quality Influence

Objective:Through the research the Bushentiaochong therapy PCOS infertility patients were done in vitro fertilization, follicular fluid AMH impacts and fuses with the quality, discusses the mechanism of oocyte quality. Methods:1. Clinical Study:60 patients were divided into the test group(30, treated with Erzhi Tiangui Granules and western medicine), the control group treated(30, with western medicine). The differences of improvement of syndrome,E2/oocyte and RI,PI, accounts of oocytes, the rate of high-quality oocyte, good embryo and discrepancies of AMH. Correlation test between AMH and the rates of high-quality oocyte and embryo,also made for the level of AMH.Results:1. the experimental group had obvious improvement of syndrome, HCG E2/oocyte, the rate.2. RI,PI were decreased greatly.3. The levels of AMH in follicular fluid were correlated positively, Follicle fluid AMH level in the rate of high quality oocyte and embryonic are obvious negative. AMH of the experimental were greatly lower than the control group. Conclusion:1.AMH take part in regulation of ovariane, improve the oocyte quality and embryo development potential of patient with PCOS.2. The PrinciPle improving oocyte quality is relative with AMH and androgen,improving pathophysiological changes and activating follicular microenvironment.
