Objective: through the prevention of TCM to bone marrow inhibit after chemotherapy medicine, evaluate objectively the effect of the Kidney Tonify and Marrow Benefit Formula which is formula of the center theory tonifying the kidney of TCM to prevent the bone marrow inhibit, and disclose preliminarily evidence to the basic rule of bone marrow inhibition after chemotherapy.Method: choose 60 later period patients with lung cancer or breast cancer , which were randomly separated into observation group and control group, among the observation group 30 cases and the control grounp 30 cases, both groups offerred a combination chemotherapy DP scheme (DP:Docetaxel,75 mg /㎡, d1 intravenous drip; Cisplatin,30mg/㎡, d1-d3 intravenous drip, 21 days for a period).From the 1st day the observation group add the Kidney Tonify and Marrow Benefit Formula,1 agent and points 2 times one day until the 21st chemotherapy days; the control group was treated purely by chemotherapy (if the two groups appear toⅢdegrees marrow inhibit or more serious,treated through the symptom ). Observe the two groups of the 7th sky,14th day, 21st days of the bone marrow.Results: the Kidney Tonify and Marrow Benefit Formula has certain protective effect to post-chemotherapy marrow inhibit , it can be in a certain extent, reducing post-chemotherapy peripheral PLT,HGB and WBC falling degree, reducing the incidence of bone marrow inhibit , apparently accelerating the recovery of suppression, thus safeguarding chemotherapy duly, improving survival quality, and did not have poison and side effects.
