Objective:By observing two different clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment based on conventional western medicine,and the improvement of the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) after treatment , to explore the mechanism of different methods of acupuncture treatment on coma caused by head injury.Methods:All 63 patients in the study were from Shandong Medical University Hospital neurosurgery hospital treatment of coma in acute brain injury patients, were randomly divided into three groups of principles, observed the GCS score of three groups of patients with acupuncture before and after treatment, calculate the rate of patients with sober.Results:After conventional therapy,Improved Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture, Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture can improve the role of GCS score, compared with conventional therapy before treatment,were significantly different (P<0.05), wake-promoting effects of three treatments on coma patients are different, wake-promoting effect of improved Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture are better than conventional Western therapy intensity, and improved Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture also better than Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture (P<0.05). Wake-promoting rate and total effective rates of improved Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture group after treatment were 65% and 81.82%, Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture were 33.33% and 80.96%, conventional western medicine After treatment were 15% and 60%.Conclusion:After conventional therapy,Improved Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture and Xingnao kaiqiao acupuncture are better than the conventional Western medicine therapy ,they could significantly improve the awareness of coma after brain injury status, and the former is more effective than the latter group.
