The Clinical Observation Of The Fasudil In Treating The Acute Exacerbation Of COPD With PAH

Objective: The Clinical Observation of the Fasudil In treating the acute exacerbation Of COPD with PAH.Metheods: 60 in-patients with PAH diagnosed department of qing hai provincial hospital were enrolled in the study between July.2009 and Dec.2006.All patients were defined by the guideline of diagnosis and therapy for PAH and they were randomized to divide into fasudil group(n:30) and control group(30).The patients of fasudil received conventional therapy and fasudil 30mg bid. The patients of control group received conventional theapy. The conventional theapy included. 1.Before treatment and after treatment records, analysis patients following data: the genereal stayu. 2. pulmonary artery pressure, The distance of six minutes walk, score of health-related quality of life,HRQoL.Results: 1. PAH After 2 weeks,There were significant decrease in fasudil from74.33±13.80to55.57±13.79mmHg(P < 0.01). 6-MWT After 2 weeks, There was a significant increase in fasudil from 334.90±73.75m to 472.47±58.31m(P < 0.01).SF-36 After 2 weeks, There was a significant increase in fasudil P < 0.001.2. 6-MWT There was a significant difference in fasudil 472.47±58.31m and control group 410.50±67.94m, There were significant increase in fasudil472.47±58.31m. There was a significant increase in fasudi(lP < 0.001) .PAH: There was a significant difference in fasudil 55.57±13.79mmHg and control group 64.47±12.76 mmHg( P < 0.01),SF-36 There was a no significant difference in fasudil and control group(P > 0.05),but no difference in energy and health(P < 0.05).
