Autism belongs to development and cognitive impairment of universality developmental disorders. Its characteristic is social interaction and communication skills of obvious harm, including withdrawn character and emotional instability, behavior, interests, or activity mode inflexible and other symptoms. Research found that kinds of social skills of autistic children can be developed by the education of early diagnosis and functional training.This study is fathering the emotional competence development of autistic children, mainly includes two parts.The questionnaire of Autistic children's emotional competence development. Based on literature research about the development of autistic children's emotional competence, clinical observation, and visiting the teachers of autistic children training center and their parents, then determines the emotional competence of autistic children develop dimensions, compiles assessment project, applied to measure, and carries on the corresponding reliability and validity inspection and project analysis, finally receive a credible, effective autistic children's emotional competence development assessment questionnaire. Through the assessment questionnaire understand autism children emotional competence development condition, preliminary exploration the differences of age, language level and training time to autistic children's emotional competence development level of influence.The training courses about emotional competence for the autistic children. According to the children's emotional competence development level from the questionnaire evaluation, prepare appropriate training course, formulate corresponding training plans and methods, and applied to clinical trial, then contrast the assessment result by training before and after.The results are as follows:(1)Autistic children's emotional competence development assessment questionnaireThis study of self-made assessment questionnaire, autistic children's emotional competence development assessment questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and it's a trustworthy and reliable questionnaire. Age has a significant influence for autistic children's emotional understanding ability development. The older has the higher level of emotional understanding ability. Language level has a significant influence for autistic children's emotion competence development. The language level is higher, the emotional ability is better. Language level has a significant influence for autistic children of emotional expression ability development. The language level is higher, the emotional expression ability to develop is better. The length of training time has a significant influence for autistic children's emotion understanding development. The training time is longer, the emotion understanding development is better.(2) Autistic children emotional development trainingIn this study, autistic children's emotional competence development training programs, curriculum and methods are effective, after the training autistic children's emotion competence development level is significantly higher than before.
