Objective:The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanism and therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type combined with KunXian Capsule on treating Henoch-schonlein putputa nephrit(HSPN).Methods:60 patients diagnosed with HSPN were divided into two groups:60 cases of HSPN patients are random grouping into two groups,observation group and treatment group,each group include 30 patients. observation group was treated with merely traditional Chinese medicine decoction through the therapy with syndrome differentiation.On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the treatment group was treated with KunXian Capsule.The course of treatment is 1 months.we need to observe 2 courses of treatment in order to compare the difference of the two groups in terms of curative effects and the difference of improving clinical sumptoms.We would the subjects of laborary examination before and after experiment,recorded the change of patients'clinical symptoms,at last observed the curative effects.Results:â‘ Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine combined with KunXian Capsule have a certain effect treatment of HSPN.â‘¡The curative effects in treatment group were significantly superior to those in intractable group (P<0.05).â‘¢The treatment group could improve the patients'clinical symptoms,decrease BLD PRO of urine.Its effect was better than intractale group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Type combined with KunXian Capsule can effective against the patients'clinical symptoms,improve the subjects of laborary examination,increase the curative effect,decrease relapseratio.
