| ObjectiveExplore umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation combining comprehensive rehabilitation therapy the clinical effect of cerebral palsy, for the clinical treatment of children with cerebral palsy to provide the theory basis.MethodsThe design scheme will be completely random,59 patients meet eligibility criteria of cerebral palsy children treated according to the time sequence randomly divided into A group (group) comprehensive recovery group B (comprehensive rehabilitation therapy combined with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells group), treatment for 3 months before treatment, respectively, after two groups of children activities of daily life ability (gross motor function and latched) were evaluated, and the clinical curative effect and the relationship between the different age paragraph observation.Results(1) the two groups of children of the daily life activities (ADL) score, bulky latched movement function (GMFM) score before and after the treatment is significant, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Before treatment is no significant difference between groups (p>0.05)(2) after treatment, the daily life of the treatment group ability score, compared with control GMFM score difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(3) after treatment, the clinical curative effect of the treatment group compared with control, a significant difference was statistically significant, the two age groups, the difference has the result was statistically significant.Conclusion(1) in children with cerebral palsy to rehabilitation treatment, both groups to improve children with cp gross motor function, improve the latched ability.(2) the treatment group in each index in the assessment of the are better than control. This implies that can be applied to the umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells to treat children with cerebral palsy activities of daily life ability and gross motor dysfunction.(3) the clinical curative effect of the treatment group than in control group, explain umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells can be used in the clinical treatment of cerebral palsy, the two age groups, cerebral palsy children result was should notice early treatment. |
