Clinical Research Of Dysmenorrhea Of Endometriosis By The Effect Of Neiyizhitong Decoction With The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles

Objective By systemic and precise clinical observation and research,doing our best to discuss that Chinese traditional medicine has effect on dysmenorrhea of endometriosis(EMs), expecting that it can be a more effective treatment so as to improve the rate of success and prove efficient in the clinical practice. There by learning the essential program and method of clinical scientific research.Methods Research from the Point of view of medical theory and combined with modem medical detection technology seleeted 45 Patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the consumer deeoction treated group(30cases) and ProPrietary sanjie analgesic capsule eontrolgroup(15), ceases were observed improvement of elinieal symptoms and signs, and CA125 changes before and after treatment.Results The treatment group and control group, the dysmenorrhea effective rate was 93.33% and 66.67%;the two can improve elinieal symptoms, relieve dysmenorrhea, adjusting the acommanyed elinieal symptoms;group,the difference was significant,the treatment group than the control group;in the elimination of signs, the two groups can also eliminate the eyst, but it is not advantaged. Blood test before treatment, CA125 levels were higher than normal aftertreatment, decreased in varying degrees,both had significant differences in the treatment group than the control group,though,there were no arresting differences between the two groups.Conclusion This treatment was proved efficient in the clinical practice. The treatment is more convenient and inexpensive and there isn't side-effect, there will be capacious outlook in treating endometriosis.
