The Observation On Neck Muscle Exercise Acupuncture And Physiotherapy In Improving Cervical Spine Instability

Objective:To observe the efficacy of the neck muscle function execise with therapy,acupunc ture on the cervical spine instability according to the symptom score,AD and HD.Methods:The people that participate in the research of the 70 patients, after randomization by a simple, are divided into two groups.One is acupuncture plus therapy group as con trol group and another is acupuncture,therapy and neck muscle exercise group as an experimental group.Each group has 35 patients.Collect both groups of patients before and after the treatment of cervical vertebral symptoms integral, between angle and slid ing length of data. Then do the related data analysis. Check and analy the data three months later.Results:Experiment is all finished after 2 months (6 treatments). There is highly significan t difference of symptoms, signs total score within two qol before and after the treatmen t(P<0.05).This shows that both the treatments can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cervical spondylosis patients condition and efficiently prolongs recurren ce time. There is no significant difference in the symptoms, signs integral, cervical vertebra and displacement Angle between the two groups after the treatment.There is no significant difference in the two groups of therapeutic effect which means that it is namely curative effect quite. The experiment proves that there is no significant differen ces in the significant efficiency, the total effective rate of the two groups(P>0.05). This indicates that there is no significant difference between the two groups cure rate. But over the next three months, four cases in experimental recurrence, accounting for 11.76%, while control group with 10 cases, accounting for 30.30%, is obviously higher than the group.Conclusions:Cervical muscle function exercise can improve the symptoms of cervical spine instability and can effectively improve the angle and horizontal displacement.Meanwhi le cervical muscle function exercise can reduce the clinical symptom relapsing.The method is simple, economical and practical, obvious, and still can make the treatment effect lasting and reduce the recurrence.
