| Object: This study was retrospective analysis to investigate the invasive pulmonary fungal disease syndromes and the relationship between the risk factors, and summarizes the clinical features and the Law of TCM syndrome identification, and provide an objective evidences for the standardized research. And guide the treatment of Chinese medicine to reduce the incidence of invasive pulmonary fungal disease and mortality.Method: 61 cases of invasive pulmonary fungal disease were retrospectively analyzed , had access to the admission notes of patients and carry out statistic analysis of patient gender, age, underlying disease, past therapy, hematological indicators and clinical symptoms, tongue, pulse and so on. SPSS16.0 statistical software package used to establish a database for data analysis, in which count data using X~2 test, multiple comparisons using LSD method.Conclusion: TCM syndrome identification of invasive pulmonary fungal disease which has risk factors can be summarized in five types: lung qi deficiency, qi and yin deficiency, lung and kidney deficiency, phlegm-dampness internal excessive and phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Basic pathogenesis is the healthy qi asthenia and pathogenic factors sthenia. So treatment should be based on strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogense. |
