Objective:Liaoning,Jili,Korean ginseng decoction of the three habitats splenasthenic syndrome of cell-mediated immunity function in mice, and three origin compared the efficacy of ginseng.Materials and Methods:80 healthy Kunming mice were, Randomly divided into 8 group, namely control group, normal control group ginseng(including:normal control group ginseng Liaoning,Jilin ginseng normal control group,normal control group the Korean ginseng), model control group and treatment group (including:Liaoning ginseng treatment group,Jilin ginseng treatment group,the Korean ginseng treatment group). Senna extract 100% of mice fed 10d,build splenasthenic syndrome model. Origin of ginseng decoction three after 2 weeks of treatment by flow cytometry in mouse spleen cells were CD3+,CD4+,CD8+T cell levels and CD4/CD8 ratio; enzyme analysis (ELISA) detection ofγ-interferon in serum(IFN-y)content;optical microscope to count the percentage of E-rosette formation; and measured with a vernier caliper by the sheep red blood cell-induced delayed hypersensitivity in mice toes (TDH)level.Results:1 Experiment, the general state of mice in each group:control group and normal control mice in each group of ginseng is sensitive, fur smooth. Model group, the apathetic,slow to weakness, reduced feeding, fur is not glory, cold. Each treatment group were given the diet after the three conditions of ginseng and cold and so were back to normal, mental state and the coat color is also improved. The control group received normal ginseng ginseng appeared after the irritability,restlessness and other behavioral changes.2 Three origin of ginseng of T cell subsetsCompared with the control group:3 group of normal control group ginseng CD3+,CD4+T cell percentage did not change significantly (P>0.05), no difference between the two groups;three ginseng are on CD8+T cells in normal mice reduced the percentage of trend, the Korean ginseng group was statistically significant (P<0.05);so normal ginseng group were significantly increased CD4/CD8 ratio, which Liaoning, Korean ginseng was statistically significant(P<0.05), the three control groups of ginseng no difference between. Model group, the mouse spleen cell suspension CD3+,CD4+T cell percentage was significantly decreased (P<0.05), CD8+T cells is relatively higher,CD4/CD8 decreased(P<0.05).Compared with model group:Ginseng therapy in each group CD3+, CD4+T cell percentage was significantly higher than the model group,of which the Korean ginseng group showed the best effect (P<0.01), Jilin, Liaoning ginseng second (P<0.05), but the group comparison was not significant. Three ginseng on the percentage of CD8+T cells with a lower but not statistically significant. Three ginseng can CD4/CD8 ratios were increased to the most significant of Jilin ginseng (compared with model group P<0.01, and the Korean ginseng treatment group P<0.05, compared with Liaoning ginseng P<0.01).3 Three origin of ginseng on the impact of IFN-γCompared with the control group:the concentration of IFN-γin model group decreased significantly(P<0.05);three producing ginseng IFN-γconcentration of the control group had no change. Compared with model group:the three treatment groups were producing ginseng spleen of mice to make IFN-γwere significantly increased(P<0.01).Ginseng three treatment groups showed no significant difference between(P>0.05).4 Three origin of ginseng on the degrees of impact of delayed hypersensitivityCompared with the control group:the model group were significantly lower degree of delayed type hypersensitivity(P<0.01);three origin of the ginseng group had no change in the degree of delayed hypersensitivity. Compared with model group:the origin of the three treatment groups can ginseng spleen of mice was significantly higher degree of delayed type hypersensitivity (P<0.01). Origin of the ginseng three treatment groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).5 Three origin of ginseng on the percentage of E-rosette formation Compared with the control group:the model group the percentage of E rosette formation was significantly lower(P<0.01); three origin of the ginseng group had no change in the percentage of E rosette formation. Compared with model group: the origin of the three treatment groups can ginseng spleen of mice the percentage of E rosette formation was significantly higher(P<0.01). Origin of the ginseng three treatment groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Senna caused by splenasthenic syndrome can lead to lower cellular immune function in mice.2 Origin of ginseng three mature T cells in normal mice and the number of CD4+T cells had no significant effect;on CD8+Tcells tended to decrease, thereby enabling the CD4/CD8 ratio increased in normal mice, the role of Liaoning and North Korea Ginseng the most significant. Origin of the ginseng decoction of the three deficiency syndrome mice could increase the total number of T cells and CD4+T number, and the effect of the same;and spleen in mice with reduced CD8+T cells, thereby increasing trend of CD4/CD8, Jilin Ginseng, the most significant.3 Origin of ginseng on the three IFN-y levels in normal mice had no significant effect on mice spleen can increase the low concentration of IFN-γ, and three producing the same effect of ginseng.4 Origin of the ginseng three DTH in normal mice had no significant effect on the extent, to increased DTH low level of mouse spleen, and three producing the same effect of ginseng.5 Origin of the ginseng three E-rosette formation in normal mice had no significant effect on the percentage can increase mouse spleen low percentage of E-rosette formation, and three producing the same effect of ginseng.6 The above results can be considered Liaoning ginseng on immune function of regulation and Jilin, the same effect as the Korean ginseng.
