Objective:To discuss the value of selective cholangiography during laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods:Retrospective analysis 34 cases of Selective Cholangiography During Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and 30 cases Selective Cholangiography During Open Cholecystectomy were performed from January 2009 to January 2011.perioperative date and follow-up results were collected and compared in two groups. Results:of 34 patients,30cases were operated on by Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy,4 cases were converted to Open Cholecystectomy. Mean operation time were significantly different between two groups (P=0.587, P) 0.05); The mean blood lost were significantly different between two groups (P=0.011, P (0.05); The mean hospital stay were significantly different between two groups (P=0.005, P (0.05); THE incion infection rate were no significantly different between two groups (P=0.097, P> 0.05); To detain drainage tube time no significantly different between two groups (P=0.607, P) 0.05); average time of bowel function recovery were significantly different between two groups (P=0.04, P (0.05); Postoperative time first walk were significantly different between two groups(P=0.004, P(0.05); Conclusions:The IOC during LC is easy to perform. It can not only reduce the incidence of residual bile stones and bile duct injury but also improve the therapeutic effect of LC... |
