| Objective:To study the expression of Vav3 in the tissue from the first prostate biopsy of the patient who needs to repeat prostate biopsy, and its relationship with clinical significance. Methods:The methods of S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Vav3 in 67cases of the tissue from the first prostate biopsy of the patient who needs to repeat prostate biopsy, and the expression of Vav3 was analyzed with relation to total prostate specific antigen (TPSA) lever, prostate specific antigen density (PSAD)Results:(1) The positive expression of Vav3 in the tissue from the first prostate biopsy of the patient who needs to repeat prostate biopsy and the pathological result is prostate cancer(53.1%) is significantly higher than that in the tissue from the first prostate biopsy of the patient who needs to repeat prostate biopsy and the pathological result is benign prostatic hyperplasia (14.3%, p<0.05), the expression of Vav3 is significantly correlated with TPSA lever and PSAD(p<0.05).(2)The expression levels of Vav3 in the tissue from the first prostate biopsy of the patient who needs to repeat prostate biopsy and the pathological result is prostate cancer is positively correlated with the positive rate of pathological in the repeated biopsy of the Prostate (r=0.413, p<0.05)(3) the expression of Vav3 is significantly correlated with age, with or without nodules and pathological results of the first prostate biopsy. (p <0.05).Conclusion:The positive correlation of the expression of vav3 and the positive probalility of the repeated biopsy of the Prostate shows us that vav3 can be used as a clinical indicator about repeated biopsy of the Prostate, and they direct negative correlation between the existence of a large sample of data need to be further verified. |
