Objective:Acute myocardial infarction percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after the decline in ECG ST segment,24h in electrocardiogram (ECG) infarct-related T wave inversion in lead case and the relationship between myocardial tissue perfusion. Methods: 1,2,4,12,24 hours after emergency PCI conventional 12-lead ECG compared with the preoperative ECG were infarct related leads the height of the maximum ST by ST segment elevation drop divided ST segment depression≥50% group,ST segment depression 50% group;under 24h infarct related ECG leads within the T wave is inverted T wave inversion were divided into groups, and T wave inversion group did not. Down based on the magnitude of ST segment, T wave is inverted in patients with cardiovascular compare the incidence of adverse cardiac events, LVEF, before and after left ventricular diastolic diameter, wall motion score. Results:ST segment resolution and did not fall, T-wave inversion in patients with and without inversion of the incidence of cardiovascular events, LVEF, wall motion score was significantly different between (P<0.05) Conclusion:PCI, acute myocardial infarction ST-segment resolution after 24h in the extent and infarct-related ECG T wave inversion in leads can indicate the level of effective myocardial reperfusion, help to further guide clinical treatment.
