| In recent years, the urbanization of China has developed rapidly. Alone with this, all sorts of urban issues has emerged prominently, like land decreasing, traffic congestion, environmental destruction etc., among which the eco-environmental damage is particularly acute. That's why to boost the construction of forest city is a critical problem confronted every city in China, which brooks no delay.At present, China has put a profound insight into the research of establishing evaluation standards of forest city. National Afforestation Committee and State Forestry Bureau has set up "National Forest City" the honorary title and also the authoritative and professional system of indexes. However, the system has not been unified to be as an international standard for integrated cities. This thesis is right based on this background to study and shows the following achievements。 This paper, grounded on collect, analyzes related references, chooses the indexes featured the integrated cities for experts'marking, and do mathematical statistics analysis to establish the system of indexes for Chang-Zhu-Tan Integrated Forest City,.Moreover, calculating weight has been done as well. Then using the weighting coefficient and basic data to select and evaluate the models for case studying. Lastly, discusses the scientificity of the outcome. detailed study result are as below:(1)By reviewing the pertinent literature at home and abroad as well as the studying methods, this thesis comes to the screening standards, which results from the combination of the subjective ideas and the mathematical statistics analysis, i.e. combining objective and subjective factors.(2)Briefly introduces the guiding ideology and rules of how to establish the system of the evaluation as well as the references so as to designate15indexes in3catagaries. After that, uses cluster analysis and principal component analysis conjuctively to screen the standards. Eventually, the system of indexes for Chang-Zhu-Tan Integrated forest city has been decided, which covers3first grade indexes:forest, ecology, society, and includes11second grade class indexes, which are the combination of the arbor, bush,vine and grass, richness of the species, proportion of the local tree speices, forest coverage, growth of trees, per capita public green area, ecotourism refreshing places, rationality of the green land allocation, combination of the forest, road and water networks, protection of the ancient and rare trees and the quantity of all kinds of the ecological and scientific activities that holds.(3)Established a set of evaluation standards for Chang-Zhu-Tan Integration Forest City, which is identified to the analytic hierarchy process. Meanwhile, computing the weight of every single index by constructing the judgment matrix is also conducted, which has been put into the consistency test.(4)Using fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate the Chang-Zhu-Tan Forest City and analyzes the evaluate results.However, since the research contents are extensively too much, the main point of this thesis, that whether the system of evaluation is scientific and suitable for the real situations, is still need to be further studyed. |
