Rice is the main crops in Southern China, also, rice is the staple food of people in Southern China.According to the survey , huge number of rural rice, about half of the rice stored in the farmers hands.Farmers'rice storage system is an important component of the national food reserve,is the resources ofTreasury's grain ,and is the source of green grain storage and processing .Therefore, rural rice storagetechnology is directly related to food quality of the state treasury and green grain storage strategies basis.Therefore, in order to improve China's grain production capacity, solve the contradiction between supplyand demand, protect the food safety, health, we must keep the storage of the rice.During September 2010 to February 2011,I had a survey of storage of rice in Anqing City. Conductedof which one year to resolve the family and feed use of grain-based rations, this model is the most commonkind of pattern. More than 80% of grain storage equipment is in poor conditions of the rural grain storage,using simple tools, such as bags, sacks, storing around, and even open dumps. Coupled with the lack ofscientific knowledge and technology grain storage, grain storage loss is storage, the loss rate of over 9%,7.1% loss rate during storage. Eating rats, sparrows eat insects common food mold, rice storagemanagement is very extensive, making the post-natal loss is very serious ,cause the field increase, cut grainstorage situation at home.So, doing a good job of Anqing stored rice, reducing post-natal loss of food is related to national foodsecurity and people's health in the event, the needs of food storage, the needs of farmers increaseproduction and the second way of Food production. "food security food" and "invisible grain" is aneffective mitigation measures for food supply and demand imbalance. Grain work well in rural areas canpromote sustained, steady development of great significance, but also the important task of pressing thefood sector.In this paper, survey grain storage conditions in rural areas, and find stored grain problem, according tothese problems, I propose appropriate countermeasures.
