| 335 spring soybean cultivars in the North-east of China were used to research the relationship between improtant agronomic tratis and quality traits (plant height, nodes on main stem, pods number of per plant 100 seed weight, oil content, protein content, seed numbers of per plant, isoflavone content, yield of per plant) by correlation analysis and cluster analysis. 55 cultivars were used to research the relationship between isoflavone content and main agronomic traits in soybean. The results showed that :1. Widly genetic deversity were found in different traits of soybean cultivars. Lately maturity groups were better than mid-maturity and early maturity groups in the traits of plant height, nod number on main stem, and pods number of per plant; cultivars of mid-maturity group were better than that of early maturity and lately groups in the traits o seed number of per plant, seed weight of per plant, 100 seed weight and protein content.2.The correlation between important traits were similar among early, middle and lately maturity soybean cultivars. There was positive correlation between plant height and seed number of per plant, nodes on main stem, pods number of per plant; there was negative correlaiton between plant height and 100 seed weight, protein content. There was positve correlation were deteted between pods number of per plant and seed numbers of per plant, protein content, yield of per plant. Negative correlation was detected between oil content and seed numbers of per plant. However, there was positive correlation between 100 seed weight and yield of per plant in early maturity soybean populaiton and that were not detected in middle and lately maturity soybean populations.3. Early maturity cultivars were sepreated 4 groups based on batony characters. The second groups had higher yield. Mid-maturity cultivars were sepreated 5 groups and the forth groups had better phenotype; lately maturity cultivars were sepreated 4 groups and the first group was better. Elite population was benefit to parents selection in the course of breeding. 4. The average content of total soybean isoflavone was 2.895μg/mg. The average content of Daidzin was 1.231μg/mg. The average content of Glycitin was 0.268μg/mg. The average content of Genistin was 1.397μg/mg. Correlation analysis between total isoflavone content , genistin, daidzin, genistin content and main agronomic and quality traits was investigated. negetive correlation was detected in total isoflavone content and genistin, daidzln, glycitein content. There was negative correlation between daidzin and oil content, and protein and oil content; there was positve correlation between daidzin and protein content. There was negative correlaiton between glycitein and protein, oil protein and oil content. Genistin had positve correlation with oil content while negative correlation with protein and protein and oil content. All isoflavone tratis had negative correlation with nod number on main stem, while had positive correlation with seed number of per plant, seed weight of per plant, and 100 seed weight. Total insoflvone, daidzin, genistin had negative correlation with plant height; daidzin content had negative correlation with pod number of per plant. |
